You're welcome. All of the RH hardware I tried in-store was very heavy and well-made. Good to catch a sale though as they aren't the cheapest pull out there. It's nice also, though the Aubrey is even heavier. The polished nickel finish is pretty, and I like the escutcheons where the pull meets the cab. I just don't like the tapering of the handle part or how thick it is! If it didn't do that, they would be my pick. I took some pics of both pulls with my marble but haven't downloaded them yet. Is there a promo code for this sale?

They will still ship product directly to your house. To get the sale online, you have wait until the sale starts on the 10th. At least that is what the store here in Columbia, MD told me.

All I wanted was a boxed item of a Christmas candle electrical item, looks like candles but are electric, but I needed someone to get me one from storage and after blowing and whining, the girl finally got someone to get it for me, but the person that brought it whined about what a lot of trouble it was, and then when I decided to pay for it and the stack of towels I had chosen, they seemed insulted that I had interrupted their conversation about what they were going to be doing later when the stored closed.
Customer service used to be so good in that store, but it has gone way, way, way downhill. I have had nothing but excellent service from RH.
If the customer service was that bad, you should contact the manager. Hey, it says share it with your friends and you are all my friends, right? The last time I sent my mom into RH for me it was a great experience. She was buying some silver sage towels for me on the last day of their most recent bath sale and of course they were sold out of the sizes I wanted. They offered to order them at the sale price and have them shipped to the house at no additional cost. My mom was amazed and will be shopping there again.
I guess it depends on who you get, I think there is an overall decline everywhere in the quality of employee. I saw a report on 60 minutes that big corporations are hiring consultants to teach them how to cope with it! I scored on Columbus Day weekend.
